I too am doing research on whether youth who are inr\tesrested in entre0preneurship (by signing up for a entrepreneurship camp experince as juniors in HS) have the same traits as adults with entrepreneurial traits. Did you find any research
in this area?
Please respond ASAP. Thank you
: : I am doing research for a class. I am
: : curious to know what personality traits
: : entrepreneurs posess. Which of these
: : traits make them successful?
: : Thanks for your input.
: From observation and being one, I'd say the most
: important traits for success (with warnings in
: parentheses) are:
: (1) High self-esteem (bordering on, but not
: stepping over the line into, arrogance).
: (2) Perseverance and focus (without becoming
: unreasonably inflexible).
: (3) A dream or vision that extends beyond self
: (without images of conquering the galaxy).
: There are others, such as creativity, a good idea,
: sales/marketing skills, ability to raise money,
: and similar business-related talents, but many
: of these can be hired.
: Please feel free to contact me via e-mail if you
: wish. I'd like to know more about your course of
: study.
